Refund policy
We do not offer returns/refunds on the purchase of sealed products. We make sure all orders are packaged properly and with regard to protecting the products during shipping. In the event of products arriving damaged, contact us at - anderson@creepycardshop.com
A cancellation request can be sent to our email - anderson@creepycardshop.com. Cancellations can only be completed prior to shipping. A 3% Cancellation fee will be taken from the refunded amount to cover the transaction fee applied to us through every purchase.
